Applications Open — Cohort I

Founding
Practitioners

A supervised professional environment for advocates adopting the Declaration on Responsible AI Use in Indian Legal Practice.

10–25 Advocates 6 Weeks Pan-India Application-Based

This is not a course.

It is a supervised professional environment in which practising advocates adopt, implement, and operationalise the Declaration framework under the direct guidance of its author.

Every participant is a practising advocate. Every session works with real matters, real filings, real professional obligations. The output is not a certificate of attendance. It is a demonstrated operational capability.

The Distinction

Courses teach you what to know. This environment requires you to do it — under supervision, with accountability, on your own matters.

The Founding Practitioners are the first cohort of advocates in India to formally adopt the Supervised Intelligence Methodology and the Accountability Review Test as part of their professional practice. When institutional adoption comes — and it will — you will have been operating the standard before it was required.

Practising advocates who use AI and take professional obligations seriously.

You are already using AI in your practice — for research, drafting, case analysis, or client advisory. You recognise that the profession has no standard governing this use. You want a method, not a disclaimer.

You are enrolled with any Bar Council in India. You have an active practice. You are willing to apply the framework to your own matters during the programme and submit to peer review.

This is not for observers. If you are looking for a passive learning experience, this is not the right environment.

A professional toolkit, not a syllabus.

I

Six Live Working Sessions

Weekly 90-minute sessions led by the author. Not lectures — structured working sessions on real matters with real filings.

II

SIM Implementation Toolkit

The complete Supervised Intelligence Methodology — framing templates, verification checklists, reconstruction protocols — ready for daily use.

III

Advocate Compliance Certificate

The ART-based certification format for annexing to filings. You will have used it under supervision before using it in court.

IV

Direct Access to the Author

Implementation questions, edge cases, difficult matters — addressed directly throughout the six weeks and beyond.

V

Founding Practitioner Designation

A professional designation that marks you as among the first advocates in India to formally adopt the standard. When institutional adoption arrives, your adoption predates it.

VI

Early Access to Volume I

Pre-publication access to AI for Indian Advocates: The Practitioner’s Standard for Supervised Intelligence — the complete treatment of the framework.

From diagnosis to operational capability.

Live Session Assignment
Week 2
The Five Doctrines
Each doctrine examined against daily practice. Cognitive Sovereignty, Epistemic Diligence, Fiduciary Confidentiality, Adversarial Anticipation, Intellectual Amplification. Application to a current matter.

Week 3
SIM: Framing and Expansion
Stages 1–2. The discipline of legal framing before AI engagement. Live exercise: frame a legal question independently, then expand with AI, then compare. The gap between the two is where professional risk lives.
Live Session Practice Exercise
Week 4
SIM: Reconstruction and Verification
Stages 3–4. The critical distinction between editing and reconstruction. Verification protocol in practice: how to build an audit trail. Assignment: reconstruct an AI-generated draft from first principles.
Live Session Assignment
Week 5
Strategic Judgment and ART
Stage 5 + the Accountability Review Test. Walk through ART on a real filing. Peer review: each participant reviews another’s work product against the four ART gates.

Application for Founding Practitioners — Cohort I

Every application is reviewed personally. You will receive a decision within 48 hours.

When does Cohort I begin?
Dates will be confirmed once the cohort is filled. Expect commencement within 2–3 weeks of your acceptance. All sessions are scheduled at times suitable for advocates with active practice commitments.
I practice in a District Court, not a High Court. Am I eligible?
Yes. The only requirements are active enrolment with any Bar Council in India and a current legal practice. The framework applies regardless of jurisdiction or court level.
What if I cannot attend a live session?
All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. However, this is a supervised environment — consistent attendance is expected. Participants who miss more than two sessions may not receive the Founding Practitioner designation.
Is this a CLE-accredited programme?
Not yet. CLE accreditation with the Bar Council is a separate institutional process that is being pursued. The Founding Practitioners cohort is designed to meet or exceed any CLE standard that may be adopted.
What happens after the six weeks?
Founding Practitioners retain their designation permanently. You will have early access to Volume I, priority invitation to future cohorts as mentors, and a standing professional network of advocates operating the same standard.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund within 48 hours of acceptance if you decide not to proceed. After the first session, no refunds — the materials and access are already delivered.
